Command line control for Gembird SIS-PM Power Manager for Windows

SisPmCtlWin is used to control a Gembird SIS-PM power manager.

Usage:

Task 1) Switch on socket:  SisPmCtlWin -o 
Task 2) Switch off socket: SisPmCtlWin -f 
Task 3) Get socket status: SisPmCtlWin -g 
Task 4) Check for device:  SisPmCtlWin -c
Task 5) Print device capabilities: SisPmCtlWin -x
Hint: Sockets are named as 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Application return values: (see %ERRORLEVEL%)

Task 1-3) 0: error, 1: socket is on, 2: socket is off
Task 4)   0: error, 1: device was found, 2: no device
Task 5)   0: error, 1: ok
